Kantaloupe’s 2015 Game of the Year Contenders

In 2015, I played and beat more games than I have in any other year in my entire life (and I’ve been in the army for the last 4 months, too!). These are all the games I beat, in the rough order in which I beat them:

The Unfinished Swan, The Swapper, Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7, BioShock, Mega Man 2, Killzone Mercenary, Borderlands 2, Suikoden, Grim Fandango, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Final Fantasy IV, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Home: A Unique Horror Adventure, Guacamelee!, Spec Ops: The Line, Resogun, BioShock Infinite, Dark Souls, Sound Shapes, Catherine, Murasaki Baby, Lone Survivor, Journey, The Last of Us, Bloodborne, New Super Mario Bros., Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2, The Witcher 3, Wild Hunt, Super Mario Bros., Undertale

Yeah. But of course most of these games aren’t 2015 games and are therefore irrelevant. I’m just showing off. But there were a handful of this year’s games that I got to play, and it’s finally the time of the year when we reflect upon them and their mark on the world of gaming. So without further ado, these are the contenders for Kantaloupe’s highly coveted Game of the Year award!
